Explore My Journey

The moment she stepped into this world, the first reaction of everybody was just so pure and loyal to be blessed with the first daughter of her generation and the eldest one in both the maternal and paternal families. The quest was followed by the challenge of what her name should be, the family only wanted people to love her and she being a beloved one, the name got established by the hindi literature famous word “sneh” and was kept as “Sneha” means love, pure love. She was born on 11 December 2001 in Baheti Hospital Nagpur and was brought up in Yavatmal till 2nd June 2015. Life there in Yavatmal was quite simple for her, she being an ordinary kid, the love done, allowed to make mistakes, roam, explore, play, study like other kids. The highest score she has achieved in academics was 73% till the moment she moved out of Nagpur. Usually, the level of grade is inversely proportional to the grades but here, the case was completely opposite, the level of the grade was directly proportional to the scores and excellence. In yavatmal, an ordinary town where people are more into other houses and not into their own ones, she grew herself up comparatively in a weird style, being surrounded with the sky of freedom and blind trust, she was exposed to all the world-class facility, she received her first cell phone in grade 4th, two-wheeler in std 5th, learnt four-wheeler in grade 7th, got access to internet from the day one since her father comes from an educational background both mentally and in terms of business.

Sharad Taori and Kavita Taori were her all time Super Heros, both got into the business and for the first initial years, she was all with her great grandparents, being called as “Bai” and “Babuji”. The morning chaos before heading to school was done and taken care by Bai and the later one, coming back from school, playing cards watching TV, sitting in the garden, was all accompanied by Babuji. The sun did not rise if the morning chaos and the evening one was not accompanied by Bai and Babuji, they have always kept Sneha like how a diamond is kept in the Locker, preserved from the ill eyes and narrow minds. She was proactive from the day 1, all the colleagues and friends have always known her for her casual approach and sorted behavior towards life which eventually was in her upbringing, but the upbringing which was never scripted or decided, the one which came from heart and mind, the one which always wanted an individual like Sneha to ace and grow.

Sneha was still way more away from the real world, people were surprised to see how she was able to manage her joyful childhood with the peer pressure of studies, the most effective and interesting act was when unlike other parents, her parents never uttered a single word to stress on the importance of studies, joining coaching and tuitions. She was free to do whatever he wanted to, hanging out, roaming, dancing, also being in and around people. The most concerned idea of her parents was her rise in extrovert attitude towards people but her father, always had extreme level of trust, faith, and mindset. Sharad, her father always wanted to streamline her wide varieties of attitude into a productive lane so is why, due to the Educational Business Background, she became the youngest Trainer in the town for teaching courses like MS Office, MS-CIT, etc. Compared to other children in her surrounding, she was more adaptive and generous towards doing things, she was given a sense of responsibility from day 1 by her extrovert father, genes man! It is all about genes! The batches of such courses started accepting Sneha and were eager to have Sneha as their faculty, this unintentional activity or act by Sneha was proven to boost her inner-confidence unknowingly yet started building her own identity more than a Kid, she still feels grateful for having a father like Sharad who has chosen the most unexpected path of developing sneha’s skillsets into an effective way and stream unlike other fathers who just have a stringent thought of restricting the child from every possible way out except breathing oxygen! Due to her less scores, one day her mother took her forcefully to Hardik Sir’s Coaching Classes in Rajendra Nagar, to develop a sense of competitiveness in her mind and develop good studious circle, but the stubborn Sneha, who would know she would be turning back home leaving tears all the way through the road. But her mother too was stubborn, its all about genes yeah! One fine day, she started going to the coaching class and was amazed to see the studious attitude of her colleagues, she felt so unfit because she was always so casual about her studies and never was so caring for every single score to be achieved. Her friends, have been the prime reason for the developed competitiveness in her mind with respect to studies, when she eventually got a good studios friend circle, she was terrible shocked to know that her father is taking a decision to shift to a big city called Nagpur. She has changed herself a lot during that period where she was not accepted by the studious gang but all she knew was if at all she wanted to get into the circle, she must study, she just must study and she did it. The friendship got so stronger that every party, festive, celebration, outing was incomplete without Sneha and it became like a family in a short time. She was devasted when she knew that she must live the town where her entire childhood was spent, memories which were not just handful, relations that were not bound to distance but still having a fear of recreating them with new people in the new city, adjusting to the new urban life, urban culture, academical pressure, career’s turning point was so near to her, and what not. She was so confined and contended to see that even Babuji accepted despite sharing and spending his entire life in Yavatmal, he is ready to restart his life again in a new urban virtue. She felt as if, what kind of magic is this! She was surprised to see the potential of a mindset being able to accept the real-life challenges. On 6th June 2015, she shifted to the new urban city, Nagpur. The one who goes through all of them, knows it all, feels it all and experiences it all from the scratch.

A new space, new apartment, the world which she never thought of, new people, new faces, new air to breathe, new roads, new locality, new streets, and lights, all new. Human is a social animal having the ability to develop and mold themselves with respect to the circumstances whenever really needed, this is something that Sneha learnt during her initial days in Nagpur. Her academic session was about to begin and begin with a mind having bunch of questions, doubts and what not. Her old lessons have helped her bring up and won hearts by sharing the same studious level in the classroom and make her own identity. She was loved and cared for her generous attitude towards everybody in the class irrespective of the gender, the scores, the attitude, the lifestyle etc. Her upbringing and behavior towards everything were quite different. One day she was all free and decided to help one of his classmates to help him complete his notes. Eventually, looking at the pace she filled up the book with the notes, she was asked for the same help by everybody else, almost everybody else. She legit has made notes in Grade 9th where an ordinary kid is unable to balance the two things reading and writing, she was the one who did everything for everybody in so smooth way that nobody has questioned for. She eventually started making project sheets for every classmate. Teachers wondered how all this is not affecting Sneha’s grades and how she is still able to make out time for her study. Who knew, all this help was legit an act of karma which has resulted in developing her skill of reading, writing and its speed, and developing her mind to work a bit faster. Since she had a lot of notes to complete, she had to behave strictly with and in time. In Grade 9th, she scored 82% and her maa-paa felt good after seeing the increment in the scores. This act has eventually helped Sneha get involved with the classmates and make her circle again in the new city. Teachers started giving her responsibility of the class, assembly, her discipline towards everything was ideal for other classmates and being expressed by teachers to other students. Her ability to take responsibility was so determining that she was nominated for the HEAD GIRL of the school, Jain Heritage, a Cambridge School. No doubt a lot of hatred acts, actions, taunts were passed to her by a couple of individuals but she, unstoppable! She started loving studies eventually. When she entered Garde 10th, damn! Surprisingly throughout the year, she did not miss on any of the family get-togethers, birthday parties, meetup with friends, social events, family visits etc. She, her NCERT Text-books, Oswal Books became her bestfriends. Again, she was a legit studious one but she came out to be one amongst the 5 toppers of the entire Batch.

It was the time when she had to be a lil’ more serious about her career and choose the stream for Garde 11th and 12th. She chose to become a doctor and save lives, she took coaching classes from Sharda Academy, Nagpur. Worked Hard, minute-to-minute study and compromises on her social activities. The results for the NEET exam came out and she got 274/720, only qualified for taking admission in private college that too for BDS and not MBBS. One of her closest Uncle’s he was the University topper and an Orthopedic Surgeon too. When we met in a café, he has just asked me one question which was a life changing and career changing one i.e., “Sneha, marks really does not matter if you really want to become a doctor. The only concern here is, it not only about the 5 years of Graduation period but it is minimum about 10 years where you legit must compromise with your social life, are you ready to do that?” and here, I just could not lie to myself anymore and said, “Sorry, I can’t compromise on my social life anymore!”. The topic was not yet closed, my father asked me to give a chance again and take a drop for this year, prepare again, and attempt again. All I had in my mind was, if not now, then not again. I was not ready to keep myself restricted into the books and the huge pile of them 24*7, 365 days. I just was not ready to do this. I again denied to lie and said sorry papa, “Nahi ho payega ab!” The biggest life lesson in my life was to never lie to your own-self, it’s not a rocket science rather just a sense of being true to your own-self. My life had its own plans and I was the one to execute them with all heart, was ready for it. Truly said, “Agar ek darwaaza band hota hai, toh das aur khul jate hai”, well, I an ordinary ambitious girl believed in it and moved forward to the famous Career Counsellor in Nagpur named Rakesh Kriplani and we did some tests, to understand my expertise and skills. The outcome was I shall choose a field which includes Brain and hands, we jotted down every possible field keeping in mind my marriage perspective. A lot of female individuals do not keep this in mind and the consequences are ready to come their way, anyways, Architecture became the loved one after a lot of research, understanding and exposure. I got this opportunity to go to an International Exchange Program after Grade 12th for 1.2 months to France which helped me meet my French family. I met Architects there, understood the stream, a bit about it, roamed in and around the European country, and decided this is me. The field which excites me, is creative, not books or theory based, includes people, lifestyle, allows me to work from home, have possibilities to do a job (in worst case) or to establish my own firm, one which gives me a platform to work from anywhere, anyhow, and whenever I wish to. This was in my heart then. Luckily, Symbiosis was opening from the same year in Nagpur, I got my admission into it and a new journey started with the individuals who have dreamt of being an architect from the very childhood whereas it was opposite to me. Well, the decision was quite huge because the graduation was all about 5 years, a long period. The journey started, no doubt Sneha had a lot of adaptive qualities, first 6 months she was a bit confused about how this field is, what are all the subjects but worked well out with a flow later on

Her life and unexpected bombs, were tied so tightly that there came a new one! Haha! One day her father has her to go to a meeting held by an organization named JCI, Junior Chamber International which she had 0% idea about. She denied, argued, and ultimately had to go when forced by her father. The day was marked so well and recalled of even today when she feels grateful for everything she has achieved till date because it was the beginning of her social career and the day when she started working on her own-self. With a complete blank face, she went there, understood the context of the meeting, and then raised her hand saying interested to anchor. She gave a mock and everybody was surprised to see her doing so good at voice modulation and script writing. The journey of Sneha with JCI Orange City, Nagpur begun hereon as the MOC of the Installation Ceremony in Jan 2020. Being active throughout the year, she was awarded as the best Jaycee of the year, later in the next year was given the responsibility of Junior Jaycee Chairperson, when she added 28 new members to the organization which was almost 1/4th of the total strength. Meanwhile she got to know that she was loving “people”, “public speaking”, “social events”, “event management” and “communication”. In the two years, people started knowing her for the kind of commitment, dedication, network, and communication she had, not to forget is her confidence as well. This did not happen over a night, took 2 consistent years of investment in terms of time, energy, intentions, mindset, money, petrol, ideas, challenges etc. She stepped into the Leadership Ladder on and forth and was then Nationally Awarded for the Best Junior Jaycee Chairperson of the year 2021-22 in the tenure of Jc Abhishek Chawla. She took a decision to develop herself as much as possible by stepping into the Training Ladder, a certified program by JCI. Today Successfully out of the 5 training levels, she has cleared the 4th one and soon shall be opting for the 5th one by 2024. She was awarded being the Outstanding Participant in the 4th level i.e. ZTWS. Back in 2019 when everybody was stuck in the covid-19, in their own houses, she took a step up to build her own community and network online to bring in like-minded people together on a same platform and gave the social community a name called “Surge India International”, a non-profit organization having an objective to discuss the undiscussed in and across the globe. Vanshika Rathi, Rajneel Kulthe, Pratham Jaggi, Muskaan Kalra, Tejas Kahandal and 150+ youngsters across the country who were the major role players who have helped the organization to reach more than 25 countries in just the span of 6 months. An organization which was a platform for many to be vocal enough to talk about undiscussed and taboo topics like premature sex, depression, anxiety attacks, peer pressure, masturbation, divorced relationships, mental and physical torture, physical harassment etc. The impact that SII had bought in various lives is still remembered and given gratitude for. Throughout the journey of developing an organization, the importance of administrative skills, the level of maturity, people management, people skills, global communication, clarity in thoughts, visionary mindset, time management, task delegation, work allotment, appreciation, recognition, outcome and analysis, investments, connectivity and visibility, digital presence, research and analysis, content creation, graphic designing, scheduling and management, proposals and approaches, ideas and execution, PR and administration, unity and diversity, constructive faults, need of improvement, scope of work, return on investment, retention of members, website and Instagram page, and more such skills eventually got developed. This all was unknown till the moment Sneha and her team stepped out of the working mode and took a pen and paper and kind of analyzed every bit of it. So beautiful it looks to recall the journey from the moment they ignited the engine and reached the destination. Surge India was so popularized in Nagpur and then globally in different nations, a moment where everybody legitimately was united for a cause irrespective of gender, caste, nation, language. The vibe was exactly of the democratic lines we keep going through in our daily lives. Life goes on, time does not stay and so has to Sneha.

Architecture was one of the academic cores of Sneha which everybody sidelined because they always saw Sneha in between and around people. But the unstoppable one, knew. The best part was throughout her 5 years of graduation, there was none of the subject which was uncleared, or compromised on. Yes, a bit on scores the case was but she always had a sense of responsibility to balance out her personal, professional, and social life equally. She sometimes had to listen to the complaints by her family, friends saying “Sneha, the super busy woman we know!” but she always was in search of achieving something or the other. Life has it own plans, sometimes goal B is achieved during the process of achieving the goal A.  Meanwhile, she rejected to go a TED talk through one of her connects but was always inspired watching people going to the same stage and inspiring millions out there. She never knew “manifestation” as a term but always have been able to achieve things by performing this unknown term. One fine day, after a lot of her efforts into developing her identity, building the community, growing multiple organizations, creating her skill-sets, polishing, and nourishing them, she got a call from Jamnagar, Gujarat saying we want to invite you for the TED talk here. What she has dreamt of once, then came true. Sounds like “ek call me, din badal gaya, haalaat badal gaye, sapne sach ho gaye”, the happiness couldn’t be achieved because at the first moment, the invite was not digestible, hahah! It is well said, the journey is already written somewhere in the sky of destinies. Sneha’s TED topic was all about the life that she has been living for from the past 3-4 years i.e., Perception, Perspectives and People.  Those 3P’s have changed the content and outline of her speeches from then because if one makes out the crucks of anybody’s life, it lies in those 3P’s.

Sneha as a person was always beloved, treated as a genuine girl, the one who is not fond of partying, who is ambitioned enough to think twice before making decision not in the influence rather being honest to herself and her goals in life. She has always practiced making the “Vision Board”, taught by Gourav Bais Sir, a personality development coach. The one which she is practicing from past 5 years and have been able to scratch every single goal written on it. She has been inspiring a lot of people through the kind of work she has done till date, it is not only about joining organizations, communities, and social work, what people misses out understanding the most is about the skills that she has developed meanwhile. The recognitions and awards were not the goals mentioned in the vision board rather were always the outcome of the work she has done for the society and for herself. She learned the act of selfishness, selfishness for her goals and not in terms of people. Well, there is a difference.

The journey of any individual never ends, some are remembered in different way even after their death or in their absence. What matters to this world is what you have left here for people by giving a reason to remember you in a positive aspect. Sneha as a person have gone through a lot of ups and downs but what makes her stand out of the crowd is her capability to solve things out on her own, not any dependency to make a decision, legit keeping her personal and professional life separated, not letting her work affect due to a small immature fight with her good friend or may be due to a family death, the ability to overcome the happiness of scoring the highest in the class and the very next minute starting from the scratch. For her, it was highly essential to figure out by what people should recognize her which was simply in two words “Businesswoman and a Corporate Trainer”, she literally doesn’t look before or after when it comes to achieving her goals. Having said that, we are all aware that 90% of the youngsters start thinking on the day of graduation convocation which shows the lenient behavior towards life. She knew from the day she started working that she does not want to fit into the strict salary numbers and work under somebody, she is the one who wishes to create job opportunities rather than being the one who applies for it. Her life was made simpler and simpler as she went through different experiences in personal, professional, and social life. The fact that she admires, accepts, and believe in i.e., everything in this world revolves around people, has made life concepts and challenges more decent to go through.

Sneha Taori is a person full of unstoppable energy and great skills. Her story is not just about what she has done, but it shows how strong and determined she is. She faces every problem and overcomes it, turning tough times into chances to grow. Her outgoing nature lights up her path and motivates others. Her work is more than just a job – it is a collection of big achievements and successes. In everything she does, her strong will is clear, making even simple things amazing. Her excitement and deep knowledge have greatly influenced her journey and touched the lives of those around her. Remember, Sneha Taori is not just going ahead; she is creating new paths. Her story is just the beginning. Her work and her impact will be remembered forever, inspiring people for years to come. Sneha Taori is truly unstoppable.

Well, as the website’s data is going to get updated as and when, sneha’s life too will be having the same phase with a lot of more accomplishments and experiences but the journey till date would be the permanent one, stuck closed to all our hearts and leaving an impact in our chaotic minds of is “If she can, then why can’t we?” right?
